STEP #1

FILL OUT INTAKE FORMS AND COMPLETE RATING SCALES

Give me all the details! My intake forms will make sure we leave no stone unturned and no questions unanswered.

This step is essential for a quality report.

STEP #2

MEET FOR THE EVALUATION

Conveniently meet with me in-person (Los Angeles) or online to complete the comprehensive dyslexia evaluation. The entire evaluation takes between 60-90 minutes.

Testing is appropriate for children ages 5.0+.

STEP #3

ATTEND THE FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION

Approximately 2 weeks after the evaluation, we will have a meeting. You will receive a comprehensive report including results, diagnosis (if applicable), and treatment recommendations. You can provide this report to the school for the IEP/504 eligibility process.

I will walk you through the report step-by-step in words you understand (no jargon).
